Can I request a specific song or performance?

Yes you can, please detail your specific song or performance requirements so our entertainers can be provide tailored and specific quotes for your event.

How do I handle payment for the booking?

Once you have selected your event and/or entertainment service/s, our creators of the extraordinary will take over the finer details with booking contracts and invoicing. All payments for performers are handled directly by our agency, and upon completion of your event, entertainers are paid by our agency.

What happens if an entertainer cancels?

If any entertainer cancels unexpectedly, our agency will work with you to find a replacement in the unfortunate circumstance we are unable to find a replacement and the cancellation was not due to any fault of the clients, we will process a refund to the client.
